Fish Coconut Curry

  • Fish Fillets (Tikka Cut)- 6
  • Vegetable Oil – As required
  • Coconut (Grated) – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • Maida (Flour) – 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a blender grind together red chillies, ginger garlic paste, Lemon Juice & little water to form a paste. Add coconut powder and salt once paste is ready and mix all together.
  2. Take fish fillets, clean with water and dry them. Make little gashes on fish pieces and apply maida flour on the surface. Keep them aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. After that apply mixture paste on the fishes and shallow fry them in oil on medium heat till they turn crisp.
  4. Enjoy it with Coriander Chutney.
