  • 3 cups cooked prawns (chopped)
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 41/2 ozs green chilli (chopped, drained)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 8 flour tortillas (8 8 inch soft)
  • cooking spray (vegetable)
  • 8 ozs taco sauce (green)
  • 8 ozs sour cream
  • tomatoes (chopped, chopped avocado sliced green onions sliced black olives coarsely chopped fresh cilantro)
