Breaded Fish & Corn Taco Roll

Ingredients
  • 1 box fish fillets (IFB fresh catch breaded fish fillet crispy)
  • 11/4 cups corn kernels (birds eye sweet, cooked according to package directions and cooled)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsps jalapeno chilies
  • 4 tortillas (white corn, 6 or 8-inch)
  • 11/4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 4 ozs crumbles (queso fresco cheese)
  • 1 garnish
  • 2 limes
